Martin Mease is a professional gems and jewelry appraiser and expert witness with over 40 years industry experience. His expertise covers all aspects of the jewelry industry; design, manufacturing and repair; gem and jewelry identification and valuation; jewelry wholesale and retail.

Martin Mease is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and has extensive appraisal practice training in valuation of gems and jewelry, both from the American Gem Society as a Certified Gemologist Appraiser and the Appraisal Course, with Honors from GIA.

Martin has served as a jewelry expert in criminal, civil, divorce, bankruptcy, charitable donations, estate and probate, business sales, eminent domain, insurance and the United States Department of Treasury.

Martin is a member and senior title holder of the prestigious organization, The American Gem Society, one of less than 200 CGA's in the country. Martin is also an award winning jewelry designer. He is a speaker/ lecturer at universities, schools, civic and business groups. In addition to his distinguished jewelry professional credentials, Martin is the recipient of the Paul Harris Award, Rotary Club 13 Volunteer of the Year, 4th degree Knight of Columbus, and DMACC Business Person of the Year. Martin also held Top Secret Clearance in the 82nd Airborne. Martin is married and resides in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
